Good morning, dear classmates. My name is x and I'm in the first year of English at the Escuela Oficial de Idiomas Icod de los Vinos. I'm going to talk about my family. This is my family tree. You can see that my family is very big/quite big. I have x brothers and x sisters / I'm an only child. My brother's name is x / My brothers' names are x and x. My sister's name is x / My sisters' names are x and x. My grandparents' names are x and x and z and z. My aunts' names are x and x. My uncles names are x and x.
- Let's focus on my parents now. My father's name is x and my mother's name is x. / My parents' names are x and x. / They are from x, and they live in x. I love them very much. My dad is one month older than my mum. They are sixty-seven years old. They like reading and they like watching classic films, too. They don't like politicians and they don't like reality TV, either. They can't speak English. Well, my mum can speak a little French. They can drive and they have their own car, a very old car. Actually, my father passed away five years ago. Well, it's a pity/shit happens.
- Now, I'm going to talk about x in particular. My sister's name is Clara. She's thirty-five years old. She's quite pretty and she's not very tall. She's a vet, she works in a hospital. She can drive and she has her own car. It's a very small car. She can speak English and French very well. She's four years younger than me. I like her very much. I love her, actually.
