IMPORTANTE: FINAL DE CURSO Y RECUPERACIONES

¿Cómo termina el curso 2019/2020?

A continuación intentamos responder a las dudas más frecuentes que se le están planteando al alumnado de la escuela sobre la manera en que serán evaluados a final de este curso

1. Las clases online / a distancia terminan el día 26 de mayo y no habrá exámenes finales (prueba de aprovechamiento). No sabemos cuándo se celebrarán las Pruebas de Certificación.

2. La nota se obtendrá considerando todas las calificaciones obtenidas (evaluación de progreso / evaluación continua) hasta el momento de la suspensión de la actividad lectiva presencial (13 de marzo).

3. Todas las notas obtenidas a partir del 13 de marzo servirán para mejorar la nota del alumnado pero nunca para perjudicarle, con el objetivo de no contribuir a la desigualdad que puede suponer la enseñanza a distancia.

4. Para el alumnado que hasta el 13 de marzo no hubiera alcanzado el nivel suficiente para aprobar el curso, el profesorado podrá plantear actividades y tareas que le permitan la compensación de esas carencias y le posibiliten alcanzar el aprobado.

5. Para poder realizar las actividades y tareas que le permitan aprobar el curso, el alumnado que no haya participado en las clases a distancia o no se haya puesto hasta el momento en contacto con su profesor o profesora debería hacerlo a través de los siguientes correos electrónicos:

-Well, it depends, I usually get up at quarter past seven. However, on Sundays I get up a bit later, at ten o’clock.

-I have lunch at around two o’clock/ at quarter to three…

3.             What’s the weather like in the north of Tenerife? And in the south?

-In the north the weather is cool, cloudy and rainy. However, the weather in the south is dry, hot and sunny. The north is colder than the south. The south is hotter than the north.

4.             El Puma is younger than Enrique Iglesias, is that right?

No, it isn’t right. Enrique is a lot younger than El Puma. El Puma is a lot older than Enrique.

5.             The ‘Drago Milenario’ is the oldest tree in Tenerife, do you agree?

-Yes, I do, I agree. It is the oldest tree in Tenerife.

6.             What is the highest (ha-yest) mountain in Spain?

-The highest mountain in Spain is mount Teide.

7.             Is mount Everest higher or shorter than mount Teide?

-Mount Everest is higher (ha-ya) than mount Teide. Mount Teide is shorter (shoo-ta)

8.             How many bedrooms are there in your house?

-In my house there are three bedrooms.

-An espresso in Icod costs/is 80 cents/one euro (yúrou). It is cheaper than in London. London is a lot more expensive than Icod.

-I like a little sugar in my coffee. I don’t like any sugar in my coffe. I prefer coffee without any sugar.
